I’ve completed the registration form but I haven’t received an email to verify my account.
Please check the junk folder for the relevant email account.  If you still can’t locate the email, please complete the contact us form.


Why can’t I use the same email address to register as a business and a supplier?
Businesses and Suppliers can access different information and resources in the platform.  In order to give you access to both profiles and account for the fact that multiple users may activate the supplier account, we need to make sure you have separate accounts. If you are creating a supplier account we recommend using a generic email address such as info@ or admin@.


Can I register my business as a supplier?
If you are a business trading in Hertfordshire that provides commercial services to support businesses, then yes. You may be a web agency that could help an SME develop a new ecommerce website or a financial consultant that can advise a growing start up seeking investment.  Whatever, your service if it helps businesses across Hertfordshire then we want to see you on our Marketplace.


Can I register my business as a partner?
Our partners are organisations that are delivering publicly funded support services to Hertfordshire businesses.  These services may be on a local, regional or national level. If you are delivering a publicly funded support service, we’d love to hear from you.

I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
You can reset your password here. You must use the email address you registered with.


I want to change my password, how do I do it?
Login into the platform and go to your profile. Select the personal tab and click edit.  If you scroll down the page you will see the update password section.  Once you have chosen a new password, press save and your new password will be active.


I’ve registered for the platform and I want to change my email address.  How can I do it?
We advise against changing your email address once your account has been activated but if it has to be done, please get in touch using the contact us form.


I have verified my partner/supplier account but cannot see my business listing on the Marketplace.
In order to be visible on the Marketplace to businesses, you need to login, edit and submit your business listing. To do this, once logged in, click on profile in the navigation bar. Then, select the listing tab and click edit to edit your listing. Once finished, click send for approval. A member of the Growth Hub team will approve your listing within three working days.
