PARTNERS

Why become a partner?

Be part of a powerful partnership for growth

The Growth Hub is delivered by an Exemplas-led consortium which includes the Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce and the University of Hertfordshire. It forms a Hertfordshire business support ecosystem - a central point of contact for all support in the area. And we want you to be involved.

At the Growth Hub we are contacted by businesses of all sizes. We triage their needs and recommend pathways to seek the right resources and help. This service is what connects businesses to organisations like yours.

It allows us to work together to offer tailored and focused advice and solutions to solve every problem a business could encounter in its journey to success.

OVERVIEW

Get involved – Be part of a business community

The Growth Hub gives you an access point to those who are actively seeking support to grow. We assess the specific requirements of businesses which contact us and, depending on the advice, support, services, funding requirements or resources they require, we refer them to organisations like yours.

You become part of a wider support network and therefore have a wider reach in Hertfordshire. Your organisation will also benefit from increased exposure through our platform.

The spotlight is on you

Accessing local SMEs across Hertfordshire

You can profile your organisation and the support that you offer to the Hertfordshire business community across multiple areas of our platform. This puts you in the spotlight.

Your profile will be available to businesses you are able to work with - whether this is pre-start businesses, start-ups or established businesses looking to grow.

We give you complete control of the information that businesses receive about you.  You also have the ability to assign tags to your content and events, so you can make sure you're appearing to the right businesses.

You will have full access to manage your own profile and we encourage you to keep this as up to date as possible with important changes or new developments for your organisation that should be shared with the business community.

Knowledge Bank and Marketplace

Knowledge and expertise all in one place

Becoming a partner of the Hertfordshire Growth Hub means you become part of an ecosystem of business support through the platform. This makes you an important part of a wider network, all helping to nurture Hertfordshire’s local business community.

On the Knowledge Bank you can upload content and demonstrate your expertise, boosting credibility and increasing your reach to a much wider audience.

In addition to this, you can feature on our Marketplace – a directory of resources which features a range of service providers to support growth. It also allows you to list funded services such as grants and support programmes, available to local businesses.

EVENTS

Get face-to-face at our events

Every year the Growth Hub runs a programme of events which bring together the county’s business community to share best practice.
We invite you, through the digital platform, to upload and publicise your own events which will then be shared with the business community.

From workshops and exhibitions to conferences and coffee mornings, all are promoted, through the events directory to our extensive network of business contacts. This means more exposure, ease of management and a wider audience – giving your event more chance to reach those who need your help.

The Growth Hub itself will run a series of events throughout the year and we welcome the opportunity to collaborate with you, offering our partners the chance to co-host, sponsor or contribute through a speaker slot where relevant.

Listing an event on the platform is controlled by you – you can promote the event and manage interest . It’s all in your hands.
